Important Notes from our Return Policy
- You may return items within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer in sell able condition, for reasons such as: exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
