Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package. You can track your order anytime using www.ups.com.
Lost Package
Peaches provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. We will do our best to assist you, however Peaches does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you do not love our selections, you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Due to the intimate nature of the items, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
I Want to Exchange My Item for a Different Size, What should I do?
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or for a size adjustment (all tags must be attached). Simply contact us at contact@brazilianpeaches.com. We will ship to you the new item once we received the item purchased.

Refund Policy
When Can I Expect my Refund?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement, as each bank's processing times varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.

Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.

All tags and packaging must be intact.

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer in sell able condition, for reasons such as: exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
